Outstanding service from start to finish! Booking with Gianluca was incredibly simple. We coordinated everything through just a few WhatsApp messages, and on the day of pickup, he sent clear location updates from the airport dock. I wanted the trip to be a surprise for my wife, so I requested the Prosecco option. The Prosecco was excellent, and it was served in very nice glasses. I also asked Gianluca not to mention our hotel name when boarding to keep the destination a secret. He played along perfectly and kept the surprise alive! His customer service is top-notch. We had an amazing experience with Venice Luxury Boat! We were a group of eight friends celebrating our friend's birthday, and this boat tour was the perfect surprise. Cruising through the beautiful canals of Venice and watching the sunset on the open water was absolutely magical. The elegant atmosphere, Italian music, and chilled Prosecco made the experience truly special. A big thank you to our captain, Gianluca, for his warm welcome and friendly company throughout the trip. If we could give more than 5 stars, we absolutely would. Our experiences with Andrea, Gianluca, and Davide were among the most memorable moments of our stay in Venice. It was much more than a water taxi service – it was a truly special experience that made our visit unforgettable. From the very first moment, we felt genuinely welcome. Andrea, Gianluca, and Davide are not only highly professional but also wonderful people. They are friendly, kind, helpful, and always smiling. Thanks to them, we felt almost at home in Venice. We enjoyed several rides with them, including an evening cruise through the lagoon, transportation to the beautiful La Fenice Opera House, and other transfers. Every single trip was perfect. The boats were comfortable, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was simply unique. The evening ride with a glass of prosecco while admiring Venice from the water was one of the highlights of our entire trip. What impressed us most was their personal approach. They helped us with recommendations, took amazing photos for us, and always made sure we enjoyed every moment. Those photos will remain wonderful memories of our time in Venice. It is clear that they truly love what they do. Even though their job is certainly not always easy, they perform it every day with professionalism, elegance, passion, and a genuine smile. ★★★★★ Our family of six booked a private sunset cruise with Gianluca during our stay in Venice, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our entire trip to Italy. From the first email, Gianluca was incredibly responsive, professional, and helpful. He made the planning process easy and suggested the perfect pickup location near our apartment in Dorsoduro. Communication was excellent throughout, including coordination via WhatsApp on the day of the tour. The boat itself was beautiful—an elegant, traditional Venetian wooden water limousine that felt both authentic and comfortable. We spent two unforgettable hours exploring quiet canals, hidden corners of Venice, the lagoon, and the Grand Canal at sunset. Seeing Venice illuminated in the evening from the water was absolutely magical. We were traveling with three generations of family, including my grandmother, and everyone loved it. Gianluca’s knowledge, hospitality, and attention to detail made us feel welcome from start to finish. The two bottles of Prosecco certainly didn’t hurt either! As a special bonus, the cruise happened to fall on what would have been my grandparents’ 64th wedding anniversary, which made the evening even more meaningful for our family. If you’re visiting Venice and looking for a memorable, authentic experience away from the crowds, I cannot recommend Gianluca and Venice Luxury Boat highly enough. It was worth every euro and is a memory our family will cherish for years to come. Grazie mille, Gianluca!
